Responsibilities: Participate in examining the legal framework and suggesting changes in the same to improve the business processes of the ministries. Benchmark the legal framework of Bahrain with other countries in the region and the world and advise on improvements in laws. Identify, evaluate and review the laws pertaining to ICT and e-Government such as the e-Transactions law.Requirements Requirements: 5 to 7 years of experience in International ICT laws, with minimum of 2 years in GPR related activities and Bahrain law. Bachelors degree in a legal discipline or Masters in commercial / IT / Cyber law. Professional affiliation / accreditation with a bar or legal body. Should be an expert communicator in both English as well as Arabic and must possess a sound knowledge of Bahraini laws.
