| Develop engineering skills in selected discipline through on the job training and maintain training log to demonstrate technical and personal development. Assist in development and design of Process engineering related documents in order to meet project and client requirements. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in preparation of Process design basis. Assist in process simulations using HYSYS, Pro II etc. and develop Process Flow diagrams and Material and Energy balance. Assist in performance of Process design calculations, generate Equipment and Instrument datasheets, Line list. Assist in development of Piping and Instrument diagrams, Control and Safety logic, SAFE charts etc. Review of process drawings prepared by Designer. Assist in design of utility systems. Understanding of Material specifications for equipment, instruments and piping. Interact with other engineering disciplines, review vendor documents and perform technical bid evaluation. Make feasibility reports and do Basic/feed engineering work. Prepare man-hour estimates, budgetary quotations and list of deliverables for the purpose of new work order proposals. In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time. |
