He will be responsible for entire rental operations, which is growing very rapidly. The incumbent should be able to plan and expand the rental business in Saudi Arabia and to other GCC countries in the immediate future. He must be well qualified with extensive experience and knowledge of rental operations of Diesel Generator Sets, Forklifts, Compressors, Lighting Towers, Construction site Port-a-cabins and other related equipment.Successful candidate must demonstrate excellent management skills and leadership attained through proven track record of extensive experience with renowned profit based organizations, ability to develop/improve performance, ability to participate with creative self-initiatives to develop strategic plans of growth and enhance market share. He must be result-oriented, able to formulate business strategy, construct tenders/proposals and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Minimum 10-15 years experience in a related field including 5-7 years in Senior Managerial position.Salary and perks will commensurate with qualification and experience.
