A leading Trading business in the Middle East, our client ismitted to best quality and innovative services. The firm has over 30 years experience in various sectors including: airlines, heavy industries, Oil & gas and waste management. It has a strategy to grow & strengthen its offering. As part of this strategy the organisation is looking for a driven leader of Sales and Marketing.

Head of Sales & Marketing *Develop and agree a sales and marketing strategy (considering market segmentation, routs to market, market intelligence, budgets, and the criteria for bid/no bid decisions) *Create a Public Relations function & relevant strategy within the wider Department – with responsibility for internal & externalmunication, exhibitions, conferences, TV, governmental publicity *Lead the Group’s sales and marketing activity (assuring the highest standards), while promoting cross selling between the divisions *Maintain good relations with existing clients while originating new relationships *Be instrumental in coordinating this function across the group *Create and train a team of account managers (initially of 2) to operate and develop KA across the divisions *Train, support and guide the teams across the divisions while providing the administration and planning systems that measure their collective & individual performances *Work closely with divisional heads in prioritising the allocation of sales and technical resources *Develop and maintain thepany website and internetmunication campaigns (e-newsletter, email shots, etc) Personal Qualities *English speaker ideally with a knowledge of the Arabic language *Culturally aware with experience of working in the Arabic countries *Good understanding of the global market, trends and how these might impact the Arabian market *Adaptable and flexible to changing environments *A team player with a consultative style and a creative outlook *High level of attention to detail *Relevant degree / qualification Excellent Package Saudi Arabia, Middle East Head of Sales & Marketing Trading & Project Management Group A leading Trading business in the Middle East, our client ismitted to best quality and innovative services.
