Consequently the organisation is now looking for a Technical Architectural Director who will further develop the business offering in this field, while providing a more structured and consolidated business. This is an exciting role and will leadplex, interdisciplinary engineering departments. Main Responsibility Areas *Plan, co-ordinate and manage all project activity including the provision of design and technical information *Ensure accurate and timelypletion of work, using the allocated manpower budgets *Utilise technically advanced knowledge for the development of innovative and sound design concept *Provide supervision and guidance on all design and technical matters *Liaise with clients and site personnel to ensure construction follows agreed design plans. *Provide design and technical assistance as required where modifications or variations are necessary. *Rmend value engineering solutions when applicable. *Monitor progress addressing any significant variances in manpower expenditure with rmendations for corrective action, as necessary.
