Job Responsibilities :
- Quantity Surveying
- Estimation and Rate Analysis
- Mechanical Modes of Measurements
- Project planning and scheduling (Primavera)
- Preparation /evaluations of variation claims and new rates for variation orders
- Material procurements
- Preliminary estimating
- Site measurement and take of quantities
- Analyzing and selecting of vendor/subcontractor quotations if required
- Finalizing vendor/subcontractor with management and architect
- Bill preparation/checking
- Preparing rate breakdowns
- Tendering process including tender evaluation
- Preparation of pre qualification documents
- Preparation of contract documents
- Preparation of cost analysis
- Dealing with architect and preparing the documents
- Checking of construction drawings and finalizing the drawings
- Calling quotation for all Civil or MEP works
- Checking construction program and work progress
- Certification of interim application and checking of measurements
- Taking decision at site with construction matters
- Making approval for all the additional work
- Certification of final account and checking of all the site measurements.
- Preparing of progress report to management
- Work studies and supervision of work
- Manpower, plant utilization etc
- Selection process of vendor/subcontractor and deal with them
- Preparation of Payment certificate for Main contractors and vendor/subcontractor
- Site costing
- Recording of resources consumption
- Checking bill of quantities for new tender
- Preparation of monthly payment certificate for the vendor/subcontractor
- Preparation of preliminary estimate and engineering estimate
- Preparation of tender evaluation report
- Preparation of material status report and monthly progress report
- Participate in the technical and progress meeting
- Assessing the rate breakdown
- Documentation and record keeping. Skills

Graduate in Engineering / certified Quantity Surveyor with 5-10 years experience as Quantity Surveyor out of which 3-5 years of overseas exposure. Age - 25 to 45 year. Working knowledge in MEP Projects and exposure to Primavera preferable. Education
