| This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Manager to join an international financial organisation based in Doha. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Building and maintaining strong relationships with managers and staff to ensure that HR is a valued business partner and is well respected within the organisation. Taking joint responsibility for the delivery of the business plan by proving the management team with accurate management information, keeping them informed of all HR issues and proactively anticipating human capital requirements. Ensuring managers are supported in performance managing their staff; that training plans are in place for all staff and that training and development activities are carried out in a timely fashion. Representing the organisation when dealing with both internal and external candidates and agencies during recruitment and selection to ensure that the recruitment process is a positive and professional experience for all candidates and managers.
