| Job Description Job Objectives
To install equipment, maintain and provide first-class support to all existing and new Aspect Software customers and partners.

Key Tasks
· Install Aspect Software solutions
· Train partners, customers and end users.
· Support internal and external sales teams in pre sales activities
· Install, maintain and upgrade demo equipment
· Become proficient in understanding integration and processes of third party products
· Project management of field trial monitoring, product testing and verification
· Provide technical support on all Aspect Software products to customers and partners during installations and upgrades.
· Provide timely fault diagnosis and recommended resolutions, escalating issues as necessary
· Provide local technical support on all products to Aspect Software EA Product Support team for product testing, regulatory approvals, field trials and new product introduction
· Attend and participate in trade shows · Set up of demo equipment at customer sites to ensure that equipment functional · Set up of training room to ensure that equipment functional · Liaising with EA and local logistics for equipment
· Be aware of the Company's Quality Policy and comply with Quality Procedures applicable to the above responsibilities
· Undertake any other tasks as may reasonably be required in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company
· Deliver demonstrations on all Product
· Assist with Tender response documents
· Standby for system Maintenance
· Pre-Sales support
· Travel throughout Africa on short notice to provide support
· Travel Internationally on short notice
· Develop and design SOW and FSD documentation for Professional Services.

Essential Skills
· 3 years Contact Centre experience
· 1-2 years Telkom experience
· LAN/WAN networking and IP knowledge
· Experience in system installation, integration and maintenance
· Literacy of Windows 2000, NT, Oracle, Linex
· Good self-management, communication and customer facing/interpersonal skills
Additional Skills · VOIP
· Unix experience
· Previous Test Equipment experience (Trend)
· Experience in applications, protocols and database reports
Supporting Information
· Clean drivers license
· Involves domestic and occasional overseas/ Africa travel, some for prolonged periods
