Initiates or conducts special studies for improving facilities or operation; provides specialized technical service in recognized engineering fields; acts as consultant onplex engineering problems; designs and/or projects; coordinates or directs work of other engineers.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1) Plans, schedules and provides work direction as required for preparation of designs, processes, reports, correspondence and related data and assures the efficiency, adequacy and conformance to overall objectives of alt phases of veryplex engineering problems.
2) Support the development and formulates the basis for engineering studies in any of several basic or special engineering fields by analyzing and evaluating all data pertinent to problems. Evaluates data as to scope, effect on existing installations, economic value, long range planning and budgetary considerations.
3) Leads the activities of project proposal that include development of scope, functions, interrelationship, integration, physical solution definition, cost estimate, etc. Leads project execution for project proposal, initiatives, studies and continuous improvement of solutions and Problem solvers.
4) Initiates detailed work outline and makes decision as to basic approaches, processes and/or equipment.
5) brings all elements of a project together, make certain that all elements proceed satisfactorily on schedule and within the money allowed; and initiate corrective action as required.
6) Deliver technically sound, cost effective project and engineering services, with clear value to clients.
7) Develop relationships with customers and to grow portfolio.
8) Ensure focus onpliance with HSE, regulatory and quality requirements.
9) Prepares quantity surveyor works.
10) Prepares bid review containing scope of work and bill of quantities. Skills Minimum 10 years experience from a construction industry.puter literate: Word, Excel, AutoCAD Primavera.
Experience in developing win-win contractor relations to extend design capability, market intelligence, innovation awareness and consequent added-value of the team.
With knowledge in structural (steel & concrete) design. Excellent interpersonal,munication, management and leadership skills. Education B.S.
